I'm Rich Noonan for Best of the Best Television, a program in which we travel all over America in search of our nation's best businesses, and we have found one of them today.  Today on Best of The Best, this story of Tate Fireplaces, a great America,  small business and the number one rated fireplace company in this part of Georgia, owned by a great guy who doesn't need to advertise and would probably never do a video like this. So we didn't tell him that we were doing it.  Congratulations to the owner Brian Dean and the incredible team that Brian values so much at Tate Fireplaces in Canton, Georgia, on this national honor from Best of The Best and more importantly, for delivering gold standard customer service and outstanding workmanship every single day for years. And Dean is a fitting last name because Brian is truly the dean of fireplaces in metro Atlanta, and his customer reviews reflect that.

At Best of the Best we never tell a company owner that we are profiling that company.  We simply begin our research on any company the same way that most customers would these days.  We read every word on the company website, everything we could find online about that company, and if we like what we see, we proceed with a full review.  We love the story of Tate Fireplaces, we look for companies like Tate, at Best of the Best because we love it when the owner is the person who answers the phone.  He does the estimates, and he likes to oversee every job.  Ryan is one of those guys who's kept his company small because he has plenty of work, but simply will not compromise on quality work done by quality people, and that can happen if you grow to large.

Tate Fireplaces does it all on fireplaces, from building brand new ones,  wood burning, gas fireplace installations, chimney sweeping, fireplace repair, maintenance and the signature of a Tape Fireplace is “it will work, really well for years and years,” and you can’t say that about all fireplaces for sure.  Brian and the Tate team are progressive guys on top of all that is new in the world of fireplaces, but they really embrace Old World values. For example, they say right on their website “if we say we will be there at 9 we will be there at 8:50!” We love that and so do Tate Fireplace customers, Tate does what they say they will do, they’re true experts and they do it at a fair price.  All of that is wonderful, but at Best of the Best we care most about our independent research and recent reviews.
